This support article is for Pyramid v1. If you're using Pyramid Pi, please see here instead.

There can be up to three passwords associated with Pyramid:

  1. The WiFi password used to connect devices to Pyramid

  2. The device (router) password used to protect Pyramid settings at 192.168.8.1

  3. Your Pyramid account password, used to activate your device

Here’s how you can reset each one if you forget it:

1: Pyramid Account Password

You can reset your password at any time by going to www.pyramidwifi.com/myaccount and selecting ‘Forgot my password’.

2 & 3: WiFi or Device Password

To reset your WiFi network and device, you need to factory reset the Pyramid device. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Make sure Pyramid is fully powered on (has been plugged in for more than 60 seconds)

  2. Make sure that the switch is facing the right hand side toward the LED lights on Pyramid

  3. Tap and hold the reset button for 10 seconds and then release when the right LED light starts flashing rapidly.

It may take around 2 - 3 minutes for the device to fully reset at which time you should see the device as an available network ready to be set up.
