When connected to Pyramid you should expect speeds typically between 15mbps to 35mbps. This should be able to support HD streaming speeds on a good connection -so if you're still having issues, please read on for some tips:
For a more stable connection, connect Pyramid via Wifi rather than an ethernet cable.
Connect to a server that’s closest to your location. For example, if you're in the UK, select the UK server.
We always recommend keeping Pyramid at least two feet away from your home router and any other electrical devices - this helps avoid WiFi interference, which can affect your signal and your speeds.
