Green and Red lights (LED) on the front of your Pyramid Pi?
Pyramid Pi features a safety feature called VPN Safety Switch so that if your connection to VPN ever drops it'll take you offline.
This protects you from ever being being disconnected from VPN without knowing.
To fix - open the app and tap VPN, tap cancel and choose a VPN server — you'll now be good to go!

Please open the Pyramid app, and you'll be prompted to get online.
We suggest connecting the ethernet cable in the box to get internet access One end goes into the LAN port of your router and the other goes into the Pi
