As a partner, the comment section within a shared space in Qollabi provides a way to interact and discuss specific objectives and (sub)activities.

Check out our step-by-step tutorial on how to use this feature👇

​1. Go to the desired objective or (sub)activity you want to discuss with your account manager(s) or coworker(s)
​

2. Click on the comment bubble on the right side of the screen

3. Type your message in the provided text box

If needed, you can mention your account manager(s) or your coworker(s) in the comment by using the "@" symbol followed by their name. This will notify them about the comment.

​4. Once you have composed your comment, click on "Send" to publish the comment

Your comment will now be visible in the comment section, allowing your account manager(s) and coworker(s) to view and respond to it.
