How to navigate through your shared space

This article is made for the partners to access to their shared space. If you are an account manager, you can also read this article.

As a partner, you have access to the shared space assigned to your business in Qollabi. The account manager of your Qollabi environment has the ability to create and assign plans to you, which will be visible within your shared space.

When logged in to your shared space, you can directly have an overview of everything you need to see. In this article, you'll learn how to navigate your shared space through easy steps.

1. Understanding your plans

The core of your Qollabi lies within your plans. Your plan will be the toolbox that contains all your objectives and activities.

How to read a plan?

Each plan contains 3 parts:

  • Objectives

  • Activities

  • Sub-activities

On the right of those objectives and (sub)activities you'll see:

  • The realized OKR and its target (in currency, unit, or complete/not complete)

  • The reporting period (not necessarily)

  • The progress (in percentage or complete/not complete)

  • The responsible

  • The due date

  • The comment section

Altogether, the plan will help your account manager to share business reports with you.

If you hover your mouse over the little icon on the right of the objective's or (sub)activity's name, you'll see a box with the OKR description, the objective period, the responsible type, and tags.

Your account manager can also assign you an individual plan, which you'll see at the bottom of your page.

2. Assigning responsible(s) to objectives and (sub)activities (if enabled by your account manager)

In some cases, your account manager can authorize their partners to manage plans themselves. This means that they can add or remove a responsible user to/from a specific objective or (sub)activity.

To do so, follow these easy steps:

  • Go to a chosen plan

  • Click on the "add responsible" icon (as shown below)

  • Select the user you want to assign as responsible

  • Done πŸŽ‰

3. Adding data to your plans (if enabled by your account manager)

As a partner, your main objective in Qollabi is to collaborate with your account manager on your mutual success plan. Updating each other on the progress is part of this.

Follow these easy steps to update your mutual success plan:

  • Go to a selected plan

  • For quantitative objectives and (sub)activities:

    • Make sure to be on the right reporting period (check the next part to see how to)

    • Click on the value you'd like to change

    • Update the data

  • For complete/not complete objectives and (sub)activities:

    • Make sure to be on the right reporting period (check the next part to see how to)

    • If you realized the objective, check the box to complete it

4. Switching between reporting period

In the top-right corner, you can see a reporting period (ex. Year 2023). You can easily change it by following these steps:

  • Click on the reporting period in the top-right corner

  • Click on another period

  • Done πŸŽ‰

If you selected a reporting period that is NOT the current one, a message box will appear on your shared space to specify it.
