How to Test Your Latency
Step #1: Open Command Prompt
Click Start
Type cmd
Click Command Prompt
Step #2: Run Ping Tests
Copy and paste each command below into the Command Prompt and press Enter:

Focus on this value:

Step #4: Stop the Test
Press Ctrl + C to stop the ping and view a summary:
Average = your true latency
Packet loss = should be 0%
