How to Open a Support Ticket in Your QuantVPS Dashboard

Learn how to request support at QuantVPS. Open the chat bubble in your dashboard, provide details, and ask to escalate — tickets are created directly in the messenger.

Important: How QuantVPS Support Works

All QuantVPS support is handled exclusively through the in-dashboard live chat ticketing system shown in this article.

This ensures every request is:

  • Authenticated to your account

  • Linked to the correct VPS and billing details

  • Reviewed with full access to diagnostics and configuration

This allows our team to troubleshoot quickly, accurately, and securely.

Step 1) Open the Support Messenger

Log in to your QuantVPS dashboard and click the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Once opened, you are already in the correct place to receive support.

This opens the support messenger, you are now already in the correct place.

Step 2) Provide Details

Type your message explaining what you need help with.

For fastest resolution, please include:

  • The issue you’re experiencing

  • Which VPS or service it applies to

  • Platform/software involved (e.g., NinjaTrader, Tradovate, etc.)

  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

The more detail you provide up front, the faster we can resolve it.

Step 3) Ask the Chatbot to Escalate

If the chatbot is responding and you’d like a human agent to take over, simply type any of the following in the chat:

  • human

  • escalate

  • create ticket

The system will automatically open a support or billing ticket directly inside the chat.

Once the ticket form appears:

  1. Fill out all relevant details

  2. Submit the ticket

Our support team will then review and respond.

Quick Summary

  1. Open the chat (bottom-right of your dashboard)

  2. Describe your issue with details

  3. Type “human” or “escalate” if needed

  4. Complete and submit the ticket
