How to Open a Support Ticket in Your QuantVPS Dashboard

Learn how to request support at QuantVPS. Open the chat bubble in your dashboard, provide details, and ask to escalate — tickets are created directly in the messenger.

Important: How QuantVPS Support Works

All QuantVPS support is handled exclusively through the live chat ticketing system shown in this article. This ensures all requests are authenticated inside your account, so our team can securely review your VPS details, billing, configuration, and diagnostics — and troubleshoot immediately and accurately.

1) Open the Support Messenger

Inside your QuantVPS dashboard, click the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

This opens the support messenger, you are now already in the correct place.

2) Provide Details

Type your message explaining what you need help with (issue, platform, which VPS, screenshots, etc.). The more detail you provide at the start, the faster the resolution.

3) Ask the Chatbot to Escalate

If the bot is asking questions, and you want it escalated to a human, simply type:

“human” or “escalate” or "create ticket"

The bot will then automatically create a ticket for you right there in the chat. You do not need to go to another page.
