A Compliance Template is created to provide or request information from a Client or Contractor.
How to Create a Template
The compliance template can be created from the compliance dashboard. Select Create and then Template
You will then see the following screen:
Template name: Mandatory – enter in the name of the compliance template
Upload File: Optional - Select the file that is required to be uploaded e.g. a Contract document, if you are requesting a file to be uploaded from a User e.g. Photo of Passport there is no requirement to upload a document.
Instructions/Notes: Mandatory – enter in an instruction for the client/Contractor.
Template Type : You need to choose "E Sign" (or) User Upload.
User Upload: Select this option if the user is required to upload something relevant to this compliance item
E-Sign: Select this option if the user is required to digitally sign the compliance
Options: (non-mandatory):
Can be Not Applicable - You can choose this option for the ability for the workers to mark this template as Not Applicable if that is not necessary for them.
Renewable: Tick this box if the document that is being signed or submitted is able to expire, if it is able to expire, when the compliance item is returned by the user the Agency will enter in the document expiration date.
Properties: (Non Mandatory):
Hide from Contractor/Client - Tick this option if you don't want the worker to see this template in their portal.
No Email Notification - Tick this option if you don't want the workers to take action on this template, but they can still see this template.
After choosing options and the above mandatory fields, click "Save" for saving the template.
