Easily Share Charge Rates with Clients During Timesheet Approvals

You can now choose to display charge rates on timesheets sent to Client Users for approval.

When untoggled charge rates will now appear on:

  • The PDF attachment in the approval email

  • The downloadable PDF in the User Timesheet list within Quartz

This is in line with the current functionality where the timesheet rate is available on Quartz

Easily toggle this feature on or off in Client User Settings giving you full control and greater visibility for your clients:

  1. Toggle ON – Charge rates will not be visible on the PDF.

  2. Toggle OFF – Charge rates will be visible on the PDF.

Second Approver Now Notified via email for Timesheet Approvals

When a timesheet is reassigned, the second approver now receives an email to approve it, ensuring timely approvals and keeping the process smooth and efficient.

‘Authorised’ Watermark Now Appears on All Invoice PDFs When a Client User Approves a Timesheet

For E-signature timesheets, any timesheets signed by a client user will now show the 'Authorised' watermark. Previously, the watermark was only shown for user timesheets signed by the client user, now any manual timesheets will also show the Authorised' watermark when signed by the client user.

This ensures clients can immediately see the approval status of timesheets on all invoice PDFs.

Expense Attachments can now be included on Client Invoices

We’ve added a client-level toggle for “Include Expense Attachments”. This is show as below:

When toggled on, any sales invoice sent to the client will include a ZIP file containing all expense attachments, such as receipts, related to that invoice.

This makes it easier for clients to access and review expense attachments directly from the invoice meaning these can be reviewed before being paid.
