Once you have created a new batch, it is ready to be run. In the Payment Remittance Batch List, the batch will appear with a Draft status.
At this stage, you have the option to edit, delete, or view the work that has been completed so far.
When you are satisfied with the batch, you can proceed to Run the Batch. Select highlight icon below to do this:

he batch will then move from the PENDING status, and will now appear with an INVOICED status.
Sending Remittances
Depending on how your Supplier-level settings are configured, the invoice may be sent automatically.
If automatic emailing is enabled, the invoice will be emailed to the client once the batch is run, and you will see the open email status icon.
If automatic emailing is not enabled at the client level, you can manually send the sales invoice by selecting the closed email icon when you are ready to send it.
