At Quartz, we're committed to enhancing your experience. This upgraded user interface is designed to provide a more modern, intuitive, and user-friendly experience across the platform.
Our goal is to roll out this refreshed look and feel across the entire Quartz platform over the coming months, creating a more consistent and streamlined user experience.
While the appearance of the platform has changed, the functionality remains the same. All the features and processes you currently use are still available, just presented in a cleaner and more modern interface.
We've begun this journey with one of the most frequently used areas of Quartz, the User Timesheet Screen, which acts as the central hub for managing timesheets.

Further improvements include:
Timesheets Per Page Setting Saved
Your chosen "timesheets per page" setting on the User Timesheet screen will now be remembered when navigating around Quartz. The setting will only reset once you log out and log back in.
Additional Filtering & Export Columns
We've added new columns to the User Timesheet grid to provide additional filtering options and make it easier to find the information you need.
New columns available:
Location
Job Title
These fields can also be included when exporting data from the grid.
AI Scanned Timesheet Indicator
A new diamond icon has been added to the User Timesheet screen to identify timesheets that have been processed using Timesheet AI, making them easy to distinguish from manually entered timesheets.
To make Timesheet AI even easier to access, a new Create Timesheet with AI button has been added alongside the existing Create Manual Timesheet button on the User Timesheet screen.
Simply select Create Timesheet with AI to upload and process a timesheet using AI.
