The User Timesheet screen stores every timesheet in the system. It’s the easiest way to view or search for specific timesheets.
To access it, go to the Grid Menu > User Timesheets, then click USER TIMESHEETS.
Use filters to narrow your search, and export results to Excel for easy reporting.
Search Field Definitions
Timesheet Number: Search by one or more specific timesheet numbers (stackable).
Assignment Number: Find timesheets linked to a specific assignment.
Timesheet Dates: Filter by timesheet start and end dates.
Last Submitted (days ago): Filter by how many days ago the timesheet was submitted.
Client: Select one or more clients (stackable).
Contractor: Select one or more contractors (stackable).
Supplier: Select one or more suppliers (stackable).
Invoice Status: Filter by one or more invoice statuses (stackable).
Workflow Type: Filter by Esign or Image Upload.
Only Adjustment: Set to “Yes” to view only adjustment timesheets.
Cancelled Weeks: Set to “Yes” to view cancelled weeks entered via assignments.
Once filters are applied, results appear in the grid. Use the Export buttons to download to Excel.
Actions can be taken directly from the All Timesheets screen.
Scroll to the far right to see available action icons—these vary based on the timesheet’s status and processing requirements.

Link/Unlink Purchase Order - link or unlink a Purchase Order to this timesheet
Mark as Billed - Use this option to manually mark a timesheet as billed, preventing it from being included in a billing batch. If selected by mistake, the icon will update, allowing you to undo the action.
Mark as Paid - Select this to manually mark a timesheet as paid, excluding it from any payment batch. If selected by mistake, the icon will update, allowing you to undo the action.
