When Commissions are entered into an Assignment, the commission is calculated on the gross margin of an assignment. The commission report completes that calculation, and lets Organisation Users have the Consultant commissions available.
To view the Commissions Report, access the Reports area via the menu grid.
Running the Commissions Report
Consultant: Mandatory - Select individual consultant’s, select all consultants, or this field is stackable and multiple consultants can be added
Date: Mandatory - Select the date range that the commission timesheets occurred
Report Format:
Contractor Paid - Will return timesheets that have had a Sales Invoice generated
Sales Invoice Raised - Will return timesheets that have had a Purchase Invoice generated
Leave this field blank - Will return all timesheets regardless of paid/billed status
Timesheet Date:
Approved Date - Will return timesheets that have been approved within the date range
Submitted Date - Will return timesheets that have been submitted within the date range
