Contractor Record

Contractors are the Contractors or PAYE employees who carry out assignments and are required to be paid, or for their hours to be charged to a Client.

The Contractor area is where Contractor records are viewed, edited, maintained, and created. Access the Contractor area via the dashboard, and selecting the Contractor menu using the menu button in the top left.

Navigating the Contractor Area

Search: Search for Contractor by name
Created Date Range: Search for Contractor by the date range the Contractor record was created
Status: Active/Inactive Search for Contractor by Status
Export: Export Contractor search results into an Excel spreadsheet
Export All: Export all Contractor information stored in the system into an Excel spreadsheet
Import: Import Contractor records from Excel spreadsheet to bulk add Contractor’s
Hide Filter: Hide search filters
Create:

Edit/Maintain Contractor Record

To edit a Contractor record, locate the Contractor using the filter in the top, and press the edit icon under the actions column.


View: View the Contractor record
Edit: Edit the Contractor record
Delete: Delete the Contractor record
Status: Active/Inactive change the Contractor status
