Once an Organisation User has been added to the system, they will be displayed on the Organisation User’s screen.

Searching for Users

Navigate to the Organisation Users screen. All active users will be displayed by default, with up to 10 users shown per page. If more users exist, scroll to the bottom and adjust the "items per page" setting to view additional users.

Alternatively, you can use the search bar to locate specific users. One or multiple fields can be used to refine your search.

  • After entering your search criteria, click the blue eye icon to run the search.

  • To clear the search criteria, select clear

Filer by the following:

Search: Type Organisation User Name to search for an Organisation User
Created Date Range: Search for Organisation User’s created within a selected date range
Select Roles: Search for Organisation User’s by role type
Status: Active/Inactive Search for Organisation User’s by Status
Export All: Export all Organisation User records in the system
Export: Export only the Organisation User records that have been searched
Hide Filter: Hide the search filter options
Create: Create a new Organisation User

Maintaining Users

To edit a user, first locate the appropriate user from the list. Under the Actions column, the following quick-edit options are available:

View – Opens the full Organisation User record in view-only mode.

Edit – Opens the user’s record in edit mode to update details.

Change Status – Indicates the user's current status: Green= Active.

Red = Inactive.

Delete – Permanently removes the user from the system.

Please Note: When an Organisation User leaves your organisation, it is recommended to first edit their record and untick the access checkbox to remove their system access. Once the final pay run has been completed and all relevant commissions and reports have been processed, their status should be set to Inactive. This will prevent the user from being added to new transactions in error.
