A template is created to provide or request information from a client or Contractor, you are then able to group individual templates together to make a package e.g. if every new Contractor requires the same 3x documents (request for identification, acceptance of terms and conditions, and the MDT Contractor User Manual) a compliance package could be created, ‘Contractor Starter Pack’.
Template - How to Add a Template
The compliance templates can be created from compliance dashboard. There is a button called "Create" at the top for creating templates/packages, highlighted below.
You will then see the below on your screen, allowing you to create a template.
Template name: Mandatory – enter in the name of the compliance template
Upload File: Optional - Select the file that is required to be uploaded e.g. a Contract document, if you are requesting a file to be uploaded from a User e.g. Photo of Passport there is no requirement to upload a document.
Instructions/Notes: Mandatory – enter in an instruction for the client/Contractor.
Template Type : You need to choose "E Sign" (or) User Upload.
User Upload: Select this option if the user is required to upload something relevant to this compliance item
E-Sign: Select this option if the user is required to digitally sign the compliance
Options: (non-mandatory):
Can be Not Applicable - You can choose this option for the ability for the workers to mark this template as Not Applicable if that is not necessary for them.
Renewable: Tick this box if the document that is being signed or submitted is able to expire, if it is able to expire, when the compliance item is returned by the user the Agency will enter in the document expiration date.
Properties: (Non Mandatory):
Hide from Contractor/Client - Tick this option if you don't want the worker to see this template in their portal.
No Email Notitication - Tick this option if you don't want the workers to take action on this template, but they can still see this template.
After choosing options and the above mandatory fields, click "Save" for saving the template.
After adding the template, you can see the success message, and the template will get added to the list below:
Compliance - Create a Package
Once all Compliance Templates have been added - Compliance Packages can then be created. If you click "Create" and choose "Package",
A new screen will open for you to enter the package name and details.
Package Name: Mandatory – enter in the name of the package
Assigned For: Mandatory – select the relevant type of person that the package will be assigned to - Contractor/Client
Template Name: Mandatory – select the relevant compliance template to be included in the package, Continue to add the documents, when finished, click SAVE.
After adding the package, you can see the success message, and the package will get added to the list below:
