What is the import plug-in?
This feature allows your team to streamline the candidate creation process for your job openings more automatically. Through it, you can create candidates for your job openings or in your talent pool, thus expediting the prospecting process.
The plugin can be installed in the Google Chrome browser, as well as in any other browser that accepts installation.
You can use the plug-in on distribution channels such as LinkedIn, Catho, and InfoJobs. It works automatically, capturing information related to the candidate's public profile.
How to install the plug-in?
To perform the installation, click on your name on the right side, in the upper corner, and then on "Settings."
To make it easier for you, here are two ways you can install the plug-in. 😉
On the left sidebar, click on "My Profile", and then on the "Google Chrome Extension" button.
Or, click on the blue "Google Chrome Extension" button below.
Both paths will take you to the Google Chrome page, where you will only need to click on the "Use in Chrome" button and finally, on "Add Extension".
How to use the plug-in?
The process is very simple. You can either select a job opening to link the candidate to a recruitment process, or you can simply store the candidate's resume in your talent pool by not selecting any job opening. This way, the resume will go directly to your resume database.
The plugin can be used for manually creating candidates for your job openings or your talent pool from any page in your browser. Instead of accessing a job opening and going through a longer process, just open the plugin, drag the resume to the selected area, and create the candidate's profile.
Important note: If you have activated the LGPD feature in your account, this candidate will enter with the "requires consent" status.
