Profile Settings

Manage your personal details, signature, and security settings from your profile. Keeping this information up to date ensures a smooth signing experience and helps keep your account secure.

Instructions

  1. Access your profile:

    • Click your name in the top right corner of the screen

    • Select Profile from the dropdown menu

  2. Update your user details:

    • Edit your name

    • Set up or update your signature and initials (used when signing documents)

  3. Review important profile behaviour:

    • Your profile always stores the most recent version of your signature

    • Uploading a new signature while signing replaces your saved signature

    • Once your email address and mobile number are verified, they cannot be changed. Contact support@quicklysign.com for assistance with this.

  4. Manage two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security:

    • Personal PIN – Set a fixed PIN of your choice

    • SMS One-Time Pin (OTP) – Receive a unique code via SMS each time you log in

    • Authenticator PIN – Use an authenticator app for time-based OTP (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy)

  5. Access Advanced Settings (API only):

    • Advanced Settings is only used for API integration

    • Contact sales@quicklysign.com for more information and activation assistance

Expected Outcome

Your profile is complete and up to date, ensuring your personal details, signature, and security settings are accurate. This helps maintain a secure environment for your account and protects the integrity of all documents you send/sign.

FAQs

Can I change my email address or mobile number?

No. Once verified, it is currently not possible to update your email address yourself through our system. Please contact support@quicklysign.com to request email updates.

Why did my signature and/or initial change?

Preparing a new signature while signing a document automatically replaces your previously saved signature.

​What is the recommended two-factor authentication option?

Any option improves security, but using an authenticator app provides the highest level of protection.
