To un-assign a member from an existing Plan in QuotaPath, first, navigate to the Plans page by clicking 'Plans' on the left-hand navigation bar.
Click the Plan name to open the plan details. The Assignees section is below the Plan Structure.
Use the search bar to find the assignee. Then, click the three-dot menu to the right of the assignee's name. Select 'Unassign Plan' and then click 'Delete Assignment' in the subsequent pop-up modal.
Please note it is not recommended to un-assign a member from a Plan if they have left the company and you are looking to maintain a historical record. Instead, view this article on how to edit their plan assignment dates.
If you cannot un-assign a member from a Plan, it may be because there are deals associated with this member and Plan that have been manually added into QuotaPath. In this case, you will need to either delete or re-assign these deals first. You can visit the Deals collection to learn how to edit or delete a deal.
