How to un-assign a member from a plan in QuotaPath

In order to un-assign a member from an existing Plan in QuotaPath, first navigate to the Plans dashboard by clicking 'Plans' on the left-hand navigation bar. Click the Plan name in order to expand the plan details. Click the 'Assignees' tab under the Plan name. Use the search bar to find the assignee and click the three-dot menu to the right of the assignee's name. Select 'Unassign Plan' and then click 'Delete Assignment' in the next pop-up modal.

Please note it is not recommended to un-assign a member from a Plan if they have left the company and you are looking to maintain historical record. Instead, view this article on how to edit their plan assignment dates.

If you are unable to un-assign a member from a Plan, it may be because there are deals associated with this member and Plan that have been manually added into QuotaPath. In which case, you will need to either delete or re-assign these deals first. Please visit the Deals collection to learn how to edit or delete a deal.
