Learn how Admins can manage, edit & disconnect integrations

Once an integration has been set-up, Admins can navigate back to the Integrations page to the integration card to manage the integration.

Integration Card

  • Source: Edit the integration source form

  • Objects: Edit the selected objects to import

  • Fields: Edit the selected fields to import

  • Sync Now: Trigger a manual sync of your data

  • Re-Authenticate: Reconnect integration based on changes to integration source form or source data

  • Disconnect: Disconnect integration from QuotaPath workspace

Syncing Errors

If there are any issues with initially setting up your integration or later when syncing data, you may see an error message on the integration card. Please see below for a breakdown of syncing errors and how to resolve:

Error syncing amount of fields selected

If you receive this error message after selecting the objects to import into your workspace, you'll need to click 'Fields' in the integration card to choose only the required fields for each object to import into your QuotaPath workspace.

There was an error syncing your data. Please try again.

This error message means there is a general error with syncing your data. This could be due to issues with the required user permissions, the information provided in the integration source form, etc. Go to 'Source' in the integration card form to re-confirm the information provided in the integration source form and click 'Sync now'.
