FAQs
Can I export my data after canceling my subscription?
No. Access to your data requires an active subscription. The best practice is to export your reports before canceling your subscription. If you've already canceled and need to pull data (for example, for taxes), you can reactivate your account, export the reports you need, and cancel again once you've downloaded everything. If your pricing has changed since you originally subscribed, you can use promo code LEGACY to reactivate at your original subscription price.
What format is the data exported in?
All exports are in .CSV format, which can be opened using spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers.
Can I export everything at once?
Not currently. You'll need to tap each button separately to download customers, invoices, or expenses.
Where is the export file saved?
The file will be emailed to the email thats associated with your QuoteIQ account.
Can I re-import this data back into QuoteIQ later?
Kinda. This is a one-way export for record-keeping. At this time, QuoteIQ does not support importing expenses or invoices data from CSV, but you can import Customer Data.
Can I export job history or inspection forms?
Not yet. Currently, only invoices, expenses, and customers are included in the export options.
