Important: Access to your data requires an active subscription. If you've canceled your subscription, you will need to reactivate it before you can export your data. We recommend exporting your data before canceling your subscription.
Whether you need records for tax season, a backup for your business records, or data to import into another tool, QuoteIQ lets you export your core business data in CSV format directly from the Export Data screen.
QuoteIQ exports 7 data types, split into two delivery methods:
Local Exports — download directly to your device, with a date range picker (Taxes Collected, Estimates, Payments Received, Profit & Loss)
Cloud Exports — sent via email to your account email, full all-time history (Expenses, Customers, Invoices)
⚠️ What's NOT exportable
If a data type is not on the Export Data screen, QuoteIQ does not currently export it. This includes (but is not limited to):
Services / Price Book — not exportable
Jobs / Appointments / Schedule history — not exportable
Time tracking entries — not exportable from this screen (Time Tracker Pro has its own internal history)
ClientHub messages (texts and call logs) — not exportable
Photos, documents, and inspection forms — not exportable in bulk
Notes, tags, and lead source data — not exportable
If you need a data type that isn't listed on the Export Data screen, it isn't supported today.
Step 1: Open the Settings Tab
From your QuoteIQ dashboard, tap the Settings tab in the left-side menu.
Step 2: Tap "Export Data"
Scroll down to the DATA section and select the Export Data button.
Local Exports (Downloaded to Your Device, With Date Range)
Local Exports download a CSV file directly to your device — phone, tablet, or computer. Four data types are available as Local Exports:
Taxes Collected — tax amounts per transaction
Estimates — all estimates with totals
Payments Received — payment history and fees
Profit & Loss — revenue, expenses, and net profit
When you tap the Export button next to any of the four Local Exports, a date range picker appears so you can choose exactly which time period to export. The same date range options apply to all four:
This Month
Last Month
This Quarter
Last Quarter
Year to Date
This Year
Last Year
Custom — pick any start and end date
Select your date range, then tap Export to download the CSV. CSV files open in spreadsheet apps like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or Apple Numbers.
Cloud Exports (Emailed to You, Full History)
Cloud Exports send a CSV file to the email address on your QuoteIQ account. Three data types are available as Cloud Exports:
Expenses — full expense history
Customers — customer contact info
Invoices — complete invoice history
Tap the Email button next to the report you want, and the CSV file is sent immediately to the email address associated with your QuoteIQ account. There is no date range picker for Cloud Exports — they always send the full all-time history for that data type.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) — the file is typically delivered within a few minutes.
Cloud Exports are always sent to the email address tied to your QuoteIQ account. You cannot send a Cloud Export to a different email from the Export Data screen — update your account email first if you need it delivered elsewhere.

Can I export my data after canceling my subscription?
No. Access to your data requires an active subscription. The best practice is to export your reports before canceling your subscription. If you've already canceled and need to pull data (for example, for taxes), you can reactivate your account, export the reports you need, and cancel again once you've downloaded everything. If your pricing has changed since you originally subscribed, you can use promo code LEGACY to reactivate at your original subscription price.
