Upload photos, describe the job, and AI handles the rest: analyzing surface type, property condition, job scope, and your local market rates. It even recommends upsells and generates Before/After preview images you can attach to the estimate.

How It Works — 3 Steps
Step 1: Describe the Job
When you open AI Estimator, you'll see the "Describe the Job" screen. This is where you tell the AI what the customer needs.
Job Description Field
Type or use the Voice button (microphone icon, bottom-right corner) to dictate your description
Be specific — include property details, surface types, approximate measurements, and conditions
Example: "Pressure wash 2-story house with vinyl siding, clean the gutters, and wash the concrete driveway. House is approximately 2,500 sq ft."
A Description Score appears in the top-right of the field (Poor, Good, or Great) — this tells you how detailed your description is. A better description = a more accurate estimate
If your description is too short, you'll see a note like "25 more characters needed" — the AI needs enough detail to generate an accurate quote
Photos
Upload up to 5 photos of the work area for more accurate pricing
The AI analyzes property size, surface conditions, and job complexity from your photos
Photos are optional but strongly recommended — they help the AI produce better estimates
IQ Credits
Your available IQ Credit balance is shown at the top of the screen and in a blue banner below the header
Tap "Get More" if you need additional credits
Once your description and photos are ready, tap "Generate Estimate" to continue.
Step 2: AI Analysis & Follow-Up Questions
After you submit, the AI analyzes your photos and description. It may ask targeted follow-up questions specific to the job type to refine pricing — for example, asking about stain severity, surface material, or accessibility.
Answer the questions and the AI uses your responses along with the photo analysis and your local market data to build the estimate.
Step 3: Review & Send
The AI generates a complete estimate with line items and market-accurate pricing for your area. From here you can:
Review the estimate and adjust any pricing or line items
Add upsells — the AI recommends logical add-on services based on the job type
Generate a Before/After preview image — AI creates a visual showing the customer what the property will look like after your service
Send to customer via email or text directly from QuoteIQ

Dynamic Question Flow
The AI asks follow-up questions targeted to each specific job type. A pressure washing job gets different questions than a painting job. This ensures every estimate accounts for the right variables.
Built-In Upselling
The AI recommends logical add-on services based on the job. If you're quoting a house wash, it might suggest gutter cleaning or driveway washing as upsells — helping you increase ticket size without the awkward sales pitch.
Visual Selling with Before/After
After generating the estimate, you can create an AI Before/After preview image showing the customer what the property will look like after your service. Attach it directly to the estimate for visual proof of value.
