QuickPay lets you take a payment in seconds, with no estimate or invoice to set up first. Use it at the end of a job, for a quick add-on, or anywhere you need to get paid on the spot.
Where to find it
Open the side menu and tap QuickPay.
How to take a payment
Type the amount on the keypad.
Optional: add a product name, pick which payment methods to accept (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer), and choose a customer, a due date or a note.
QuoteIQ creates a payment link and a QR code with your logo in the middle.
Show the QR code for your customer to scan, or share the link.
What your customer sees
Your customer pays on a clean checkout page. Only the payment methods you picked are shown.
If you didn't choose a customer, they enter their name and email when they pay. QuoteIQ matches them to an existing contact, or creates a new one.
Where the payment shows up
Every QuickPay payment is saved as a real invoice and marked Paid automatically. It shows up in your invoices and reports like any other payment.
What you need
QuoteIQ Payments. QuickPay runs on QuoteIQ Payments. If you're not set up yet, or you're using Stripe, QuickPay walks you through getting set up.
