You can create a new template from the home screen or from within the Template screen.
Name your Template and then select what Document Type you would like it to be.
In the example below, I have named my Template 'New Simple Document' and selected the Proposal document type.

You are now ready to start building your Template.
Here is your starting point; a letter headed document with a Text box.
DocFlite gives you the flexibility to create simple or complex document.
In this guide, we will show you how to create a simple document with the standard letter head, text boxes and e-signatures;
Add text to the given text box - double click to edit and start typing. You can then highlight the text to format ;
You can fill the text box as necessary. If you need to add a new Text Box you can do this by clicking the '+' button
NB. There are many other types of blocks you can add to your document. Read our help guide to find out more
Once your page has reached A4 size, it will be indicated with a yellow arrow;
You can then 'Add a new page' if necessary;
To add signatures to your document click 'sign'
This will add a Signature block to your document;
Double click to edit;
You can choose to make the signature required or internal, add {customer.forename} and {customer.surname} placeholders and add notes if necessary.

It often works well to have an Internal and Required signature on the same document;
You can even sign the document in the template. When you click off the signature block you will have option to Draw Signature or Type Signature;
