Using Placeholders

Placeholders are special fields used in templates to automatically add information when creating documents or emails. They work like labels that get replaced with real details, so you don’t have to type everything manually.

You can find the placeholders we have available in your Template by going to the 'View' menu and clicking on 'Show Placeholders'

Here you will find a list of the placeholders available for you to use. Simply copy the token you would like to use and paste it anywhere in your document:
