Knowing When Your Call for Experts Gets Pitches

Once your post goes live, Qwoted keeps you updated on the pitches you receive.

Once your Call for Experts is live on Qwoted, you’ll want to know when experts and PR professionals have responded. Qwoted notifies you in a few different ways so you never miss a pitch.

Email Notifications

  • Each time a pitch comes in, you’ll get an email alert with a summary of the source and their response.

  • If you receive multiple pitches close together, Qwoted will bundle them into a single Pitch Digest email. This prevents your inbox from being overwhelmed while still keeping you updated in real time. This is what the full email would look like:

  • You can also see all your pitches directly in the Call for Experts view.

  • Scroll down to the last section of the page to find every pitch submitted to your post for your review.

Managing Notifications

  • If you’d prefer not to receive pitch notifications via email, simply reach out to support@qwoted.com, and we can adjust your settings.

Tip: Responding to pitches, even occasionally, helps improve your profile’s visibility. It also drives more engagement to your future calls and increases exposure for your Qwoted profile.
