Once your Call for Experts is live on Qwoted, you’ll want to know when experts and PR professionals have responded. Qwoted notifies you in a few different ways so you never miss a pitch.
Email Notifications
Each time a pitch comes in, you’ll get an email alert with a summary of the source and their response.
If you receive multiple pitches close together, Qwoted will bundle them into a single Pitch Digest email. This prevents your inbox from being overwhelmed while still keeping you updated in real time. This is what the full email would look like:

Managing Notifications
If you’d prefer not to receive pitch notifications via email, simply reach out to support@qwoted.com, and we can adjust your settings.
Tip: Responding to pitches, even occasionally, helps improve your profile’s visibility. It also drives more engagement to your future calls and increases exposure for your Qwoted profile.
