Any Qwoted user can update their email preferences within their Qwoted account.

Go to My Settings under your name in the top right hand corner of your Qwoted account.

Navigate to the Email Alerts tab, and simply click the Edit button to toggle off which emails you no longer wish to receive.

Here's a quick summary of the daily opportunity alerts you'll receive from us:

  • Real-time, topical alerts based on the tags you've added to your profile (or the profiles of any represented Experts).
Example subject line: Expert Request from [Publication] regarding [Interest Hashtag]
These notifications are sent as soon as a request relevant to that tag/topic is submitted by a Reporter in Qwoted. These notifications will be delivered in a one-off format, not as a roundup or summary. To adjust your topical alerts, update your tags at any time within your profile.

  • Request Roundup (daily at 2 PM in your local time zone)
Example subject line: BBC, Insider, The Independent -- new requests
These emails are sent once each day and showcase a roundup of ALL media requests submitted within the last 24 hours. Roundup opportunities are not matched to profile hashtags by design. You can turn this email alert off within your account at any time.

If you have any further questions related to editing your email preferences, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at support@qwoted.com.
