If your account is properly configured, you should get at least one email from Qwoted daily. If you recently adjusted your email settings, and are no longer seeing notifications from Qwoted in your email inbox, you should first reference this article to ensure you have the corresponding email alerts turned on (Qwoted sends a few types of emails!)

If your Email Alerts tab has the above email types checked "on", but you are still not getting alerts from Qwoted, it is likely that your Qwoted alerts are being blocked or re-routed to a different inbox.

Here are a few ways to troubleshoot:

1) Check your Spam folder. If Qwoted alerts are routinely unopened by you, your email provider might automatically mark them as Spam. Check this folder to be sure you are not receiving any emails from no-reply@qwoted.com

2) Whitelist Qwoted's email domain. Reference the instructions below to whitelist Qwoted emails for your email provider. Here is an article that includes screenshots for additional guidance.

  • How to Whitelist a Domain in Outlook

  1. Click the gear icon in Outlook and select "View all Outlook settings."

  2. Select "Mail" from the settings menu.

  3. Choose "Junk email" from the submenu.

  4. Click "Add" under "Safe senders and domains."

  5. Enter the email address (no-reply@qwoted.com) that you want whitelisted.

  6. Choose "Save."

  • How to Whitelist a Domain in Gmail

  1. Click the gear icon in Gmail and select "See all settings" from the Quick settings menu.

  2. Navigate to "Filters and Blocked Addresses" in the top menu.

  3. Select "Create a new filter." ...

  4. Add a specific email or domain to the "From" field. (no-reply@qwoted.com or qwoted.com)

  5. Click "Create filter." ...

  6. Check "Never send it to Spam" in the checkbox.

  7. Click "Create filter"

  • How to Whitelist an Email in Yahoo

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account.

  2. Navigate to “Settings” then click “More Settings.”

  3. Select “Filters” and hit “Add” to enter the email you'd like to whitelist. (no-reply@qwoted.com)

  4. Name the filter and add the email address.

  5. Select to send all mail to “Inbox.”

  6. Save your settings.

3) Check with your IT team.

Sometimes company firewalls prevent Qwoted emails from being delivered, or re-routes them to Spam. Check the rules set by your technology provider or internal security team to make sure Qwoted emails are not being blocked by your organization.

If none of these options result in your Qwoted emails being delivered once again, please do reach out to us at support@qwoted.com so that we can assist and troubleshoot further!
