Renewing your policy when we're closed

If you’ve already had your renewal quote and have no changes to make, you can easily renew your policy in your RAC Black Box app.

How to renew in your app:

  1. Tap the link in your renewal email

  2. Check your price

  3. Make sure your policy details are all correct - start a chat with us if you need to change anything

  4. Tap to accept your quote and pay or agree your monthly payments

We don’t automatically renew policies, so you need to renew before your policy end date to stay insured. If you don’t renew, you won’t be insured.

We give you our best price first time, so you never have to haggle. If you need any changes to your policy, you can start a chat from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
