How to make sure you're connected and sending data

Your feedback in the RAC Black Box app updates each Monday.

If you have a plug-in telematics device, you just need to make sure it's plugged in securely.

If you have a stick-on telematics device, check that:

  • All phones for the policy are paired

  • You have your phone in the car when you drive

  • Bluetooth, location services and mobile data are on

As long as those things are OK, you don't need to worry. If we think there's a problem, we'll get in touch to help.
