Your feedback in the RAC Black Box app updates each Monday, so you'll know everything's fine when that comes through. There's also a tick at the bottom of your app dashboard that lets you know you're connected.
If you have a plug-in telematics device, you just need to make sure it's plugged in securely.
If you have a stick-on telematics device, check that:
All phones for the policy are paired
You have your phone in the car when you drive
Bluetooth, location services and mobile data are on
