If you're not sending data because you're not driving your car (because you're on holiday or something in your life has changed), just ask to speak to a person and the team will stop any annoying messages being sent to you.
How to let us know you won't be driving
Start a chat and select the "I'm not driving" option or if you're already chatting to us then just ask to speak to a person.
