How to create a free form timer

  1. Open the workout you wish to add a sequential timer to on the workouts page
    - If you have not previously created the workout, click HERE to learn how.

  2. Click the free form timer icon to add it to the workout (circled in the picture below)

  3. Enter the work time for the timer

  4. Customize the timer to fit your workout by adding text, inserting videos or pictures and formating the timer to fit your needs
