How to create a workout
Navigate to the Workouts page on the website
Click the blue "+Workout" button located above the workout folders
Enter a name for the workout in the "Workout Name" text box
Select which folder you would like to save the workout to from the drop down box to the right of the workout name
Add and edit the timers you wish to include in the workout

- Build a rotational, sequential, stations or free form timerClick the blue floppy disc icon near the top of the page to save the workout
