Excludes Broker-to-Broker Commission Disputes: Commission collection assistance is available only for principal transactions.
Pre-Existing Matters: Matters that began before RERM enrollment are not covered.
How Much Does it Cost
Fees: $124 per transaction (buyer or seller), payable at close of escrow. Covers all legal support related to the transaction, both during and after closing.
Deductibles: E&O deductible coverage up to $10,000 for covered claims.
