The My Active Clients tool in Radius Office serves as your command center for managing buyers and sellers. The tool allows you to streamline and enhance your real estate client management process, ensuring easy tracking of clients through various stages of the buying and/or selling process from initial contact to closing.

How to Add a Client Profile to My Active Clients

Option 1: Manually Create a Seller or Buyer Profile.

Option 2: Creating an Offer/Listing file will automatically create a client profile.

Option 3: Integrating your CRM with Radius Office.

Manually Create a Client Profile


Log in to Radius Office

Open Radius Office in your desktop web browser and sign in with your credentials.

Click My Active Clients from the left side menu. This is your command center for managing buyers and sellers.


Create the Client Profile

Click the + Client button on the dashboard.

Fill in the client’s details:

  • Full Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Lead Type: Select Seller or Buyer.

  • Lead Status: Choose the appropriate status (e.g., “Met with client”).

  • Client Source: Indicate the lead source (e.g., Sphere of Influence).


Add Listing or Search Criteria (Optional)

Note: If you do not yet know the details of the property to be listed or property search criteria, you can skip + Add a Listing and/or + Add a Search and go straight to Save and Continue.


For Seller Lead Type:

Click + Add Listing to populate the Property Listing section.

Fill out the property information fields:

  • Transaction Type: Choose Sale or Rent.

  • Beds and Baths: Specify the property’s details.

  • Listing Address: Type the address and select it from the Google Address menu.

  • Estimated Price: Enter the estimated price (required).

  • Property Size and Units: Input the size and measurement units.

  • Property Type: Select the property type.

For Buyer Lead Type:

Click + Add a Search to add the search criteria of your buyer.

Fill out the search criteria fields:

  • Transaction Type: Choose Buy or Rent.

  • Beds and Baths: Specify the desired property details.

  • Budget: Enter the client’s budget range (e.g., $300,000–$600,000).

  • Size: Specify the minimum and maximum size range and units.

  • Location: Input the desired location or city (e.g., Dallas, TX). Multiple locations can be added.


Save and Locate the Client

Review all entered details to ensure accuracy.

Click Save and Continue

Return to the My Active Clients page to confirm the client appears in the column of the lead status you chose when creating the client profile.

Pro Tip: Use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly locate the newly added client if your client list is extensive.
