Complete and manage the Buyer Representation Agreement directly within Radius Office.

This guide outlines the steps to complete the Buyer Representation Agreement (BRBC) in Radius Office without creating a full transaction file.

Complete Required Fields: Ensure all necessary fields are filled to avoid delays.

Refresh the Window: If the document status does not update after signing, refresh your browser.


1: Log into Radius Office

  • Open Radius Office in your desktop web browser.

  • Sign in with your credentials.

  • Upon login, you will land on the My Active Clients dashboard, your command center for managing buyers and sellers.


2: Create the Buyer Profile

  • Click the + Client button on the dashboard.

  • Fill in the buyer's details:

    • Full Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number

    • Lead Type: Select Buyer.

    • Lead Status: Choose the appropriate status (e.g., “Met with client”).

    • Client Source: Indicate the lead source (e.g., Sphere of Influence).

  • (Optional) Add search criteria:

    • Specify the buyer’s budget (e.g., $300,000–$600,000).

    • Enter the desired location (e.g., Dallas, TX).

  • Click Save and Continue to save the buyer’s information.


3: Start the Buyer Representation Agreement (BRBC)

  • In the buyer’s profile, locate the Buyer Representation banner.

  • Click Get Started to begin.

  • Choose how to proceed:

    • Fill and Sign: Generate and digitally sign the BRBC in Radius Office.

    • Upload: Upload a pre-signed agreement from another source.

  • Fill in the required details:

    • State: Choose the relevant state (e.g., Texas).

    • Type of Representation: Select Exclusive or Non-Exclusive.

    • Agent/Brokerage Information: Verify the auto-filled information for accuracy.

  • Click Save and Continue to proceed.


4: Personalize the Email Template

  • Review or customize the email sent to the buyer (default text is pre-filled).

  • Click Save and Sign to proceed.


5: Agent Signs the BRBC

  • As the agent, you will sign the document first.

  • Review the agreement to verify all terms.

  • Follow the prompts to add your initials and signature in the required fields.

  • Click Finish to send the document to the client.


6: Client Signs the BRBC

  • The client will receive an email to review and sign the BRBC.

  • Once signed, the document status will update automatically in Radius Office.


7: Access the Completed Agreement

  • Return to the My Active Clients page.

  • Open the buyer's profile card.

  • Locate the completed BRBC at the top of the profile.

  • View, download, or manage the document as needed.
