About the BRBC
Document Name: Buyer Representation Agreement – Exclusive
Radius Compliance Requirement: Required for all purchase transactions starting July 7th
When to Use: Anytime a buyer wishes to engage you as their exclusive representative in a property search and purchase.
Why It Matters: Like the CAA, the BRBC formalizes your exclusive relationship with the buyer, detailing your duties, compensation, and the agreement timeline. It protects both you and your client by ensuring expectations are clearly outlined.
