Create Search Boards in the Client App

Search boards in your branded client app enable clients to manage property searches, collaborate with family, and view AI recommendations.

Search boards are collaborative spaces within your branded client app, enabling efficient property searches, family collaboration, and real-time interaction with recommended properties. Agents can directly manage these search boards using the Radius Office app.


What Clients Can Do with Search Boards

  • Create multiple boards based on varied search criteria.

  • Specify detailed preferences:

    • Neighborhood(s)

    • Budget range

    • Beds and baths

    • Additional amenities (e.g., pool, garage, yard size)

  • View AI-generated property recommendations.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with family members.

  • Sort and filter properties easily.

  • Mark properties as favorites or indicate properties that don't fit their preferences.



Create a Search Board

You will create your first search board during the app setup process.

  1. Create additional search boards by tapping Edit Search.

  2. From the menu select Create Search

  3. Enter the desired criteria, including:

    • Neighborhood(s)

    • Price range

    • Beds/Baths

    • Additional features (pool, garage, etc.)

  4. Click Add Search to create your board.


Sorting and Filtering Properties

Open any search board from your homepage.

Sorting: Sort recommended properties by:

  • Latest listings

  • Property name

  • Listing price

  • Property type

Map View: Switch between list and map views for easier property visualization.


View Property Details

Select a property card to view detailed information:

  • Price and address

  • Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage

  • Comprehensive property descriptions

  • Pricing history, neighborhood insights

  • School ratings and commute scores

  • Interactive neighborhood maps

From a property detail page, clients can:

  • Chat directly with their agent from the property page.

  • Mark properties as favorites.

  • Share property details.



Edit a Search Board

  • Modify criteria anytime by selecting the action menu on a search board (three vertical dots)

  • Tap the Edit button.

  • Changes synchronize instantly with the Radius Office app.

  • The action menu also allows:

    • Initiating agent chats

    • Deleting search boards


Important Notes for Agents

Managing Search Boards in the Office App:

  • All search boards and activities appear under the primary client.

  • Search board activities automatically sync across all collaborators.

  • Agents can:

    • Track interactions and preferences.

    • Actively manage property recommendations.

    • Review feedback collectively.

Best Practices

  • Regularly review properties rejected by clients to refine recommendations.

  • Prioritize showings based on AI scores and family feedback.

  • Clearly communicate expectations and response timelines within the app.
