The Radius Client App keeps you connected to your clients and ensures they stay engaged throughout their buying or selling journey. Here’s how notifications and interactions work between you and your clients inside the app.

How Clients Interact with Agents via the Client App

  • Navigate and view their agent's profile

  • Start an in-app chat with their agent

  • Call their agent directly from the app

  • Clients can initiate private 1:1 chats with their assigned agent.

  • Clients can initiate chats specifically about properties

  • Search board-specific chats for context-based conversations

  • Clients can type β€œ@Mel” to interact with the AI assistant for property or neighborhood questions.

⚠️ Note: Only clients can initiate property or search board-specific chats. Agents cannot start them from the Office app.

  • Clients can mark properties as favorites

  • Clients can mark properties as "Not quite right," including a reason for rejection, which enhances future AI recommendations.


How Agents Interact with Clients via the Client App

Your agent dashboard syncs with your clients' mobile app experience to create seamless communication. Here's how you can engage with clients:

Notifications for Clients

Clients using the Radius Client app will receive real-time notifications to keep them updated and involved. Notifications include:

  • New Property Matches based on their saved search criteria

  • When the agent adds or modifies a search

  • New chat responses from the agent

  • Agent assignment or reassignment notifications

  • Tour Confirmations and updates

  • Offer Status Changes

  • Shared Notes, Updates, or Comments from you

  • Reminders for Key Dates (e.g., showings, deadlines)

Notifications for Agents

Agents can track client engagement from their Office mobile app dashboard.

Agents can see:

  • Which properties clients have viewed, saved, or shared

  • When they last opened the app

  • Their interaction history to better tailor follow-ups

Agents receive notifications for key client actions:

  • Client favoriting or rejecting properties

  • Detailed property view by client

  • Client signing a document

  • Receiving new messages from clients

Notifications for Team Leads and Associate Team Members

Team Leads get notifications for:

  • Significant actions by team members (e.g., deal closed, contract signed, offer accepted)

  • New listings by team members

Team Members get notifications for:

  • Listings or offers added or modified by the team lead on their behalf

Managing Notifications

Clients can manage their notification preferences from within the app:

  • Go to Settings > Notifications

  • Enable or disable push alerts for different activity types
