Activity Timeline

The Activity Timeline tracks all your client interactions and transaction progress in real time.

Notes

The Notes section helps you create a clear and collaborative record of important client updates.

Key Features:

  • Add notes tied to milestones, decisions, or context.

  • Collaborate in real time with shared visibility.

  • Edit or delete notes to keep your records current and clean.

Use Case: Log key updates like signed agreements or loan approvals to preserve a reliable and accurate timeline.


Reminders

The Reminders tool ensures you never drop the ball—whether it’s a showing, document deadline, or follow-up task.

Key Features:

  • Set reminders for meetings, open houses, contract milestones, and more.

  • Receive notifications via email or inside your Radius dashboard.

  • Customize reminder timing, repeat frequency, and type.

How to Set a Reminder

  1. Go to the REMINDERS tab on any client card.

  2. Click ➕ Add Reminder.

  3. Fill in the task name, date/time, and details.

  4. (Optional) Connect your Google Calendar for auto-sync.

  5. Click Add Reminder to save.

Edit or Remove:

  • Use the ✏️ pencil icon to edit

  • Use the 🗑️ trash icon to delete
