What Is the Engagement Score?
Mel, the AI assistant in Radius Office, not only supports property recommendations and communication, it also tracks how engaged each buyer is based on their activity. This information is presented as the Engagement Score & Summary, helping agents prioritize follow-up and tailor their approach.
The Engagement Score is a real-time, AI-generated metric that reflects how active and interested a client is in their home search.
Mel factors in:
App logins and usage frequency
Viewed, saved, or dismissed listings
Search board activity and filter use
Chat interactions with you or Mel
Uploaded documents (e.g., pre-approvals)
Set or completed reminders
The more a client interacts with the platform, the higher their engagement score.
Why It Matters
The Engagement Score & Summary helps agents:
Prioritize outreach – Focus first on high-intent buyers
Personalize follow-up – Use behavior insights to guide conversations
Spot cold leads – Identify who may need re-engagement
💡 Pro Tip: Use the Engagement Score alongside the Reminders and Activity tabs to get a complete picture of each client’s journey.
