Stay up to date on every stage of your document process with email and mobile notifications. These alerts keep you informed about signature progress, delivery issues, and recipient actions.
Email Notifications
The primary agent on an envelope will automatically receive an email when the envelope status changes.
You’ll be notified when:
✅ You sign the envelope
✍️ A recipient signs the envelope
⚠️ Delivery fails (invalid recipient email)
🚫 A recipient declines to sign
🎉 All recipients have signed and the envelope is complete
Web: Document Handling Updates
On web, you’ll now see more detailed information about declined envelopes:
Declined recipient details: The recipient’s name and date of declining are displayed.
Reason for decline: Hover over the info icon next to the declined recipient to view their reason.
Mobile Push Notifications
Agents using the Radius Office app will receive a push notification when:
✅ You sign the envelope
👀 A recipient opens and views a document for more than a few seconds.
✍️ A recipient signs the envelope
⚠️ Delivery fails (invalid recipient email)
🚫 A recipient declines to sign
🎉 All recipients have signed and the envelope is complete
This ensures you know when a recipient has engaged with the document, even before they sign.
With these notifications, you’ll always have a clear picture of your documents’ progress, whether you’re on web or mobile.
