Preferred Vendor Management

Team Leads and Co-Team Leads can now add vendors directly from the Radius Office mobile app. This keeps your vendor directory centralized, accessible, and always up to date, helping your team quickly connect with trusted service providers during real estate transactions.

Benefits of Using the Vendor Directory

Who Can Add Vendors

This feature is available to:

  • Team Leads

  • Co-Team Leads

All team members will have access to view and contact vendors once they are added.


Step-by-Step Guide

Access the Vendor Management Screen

  1. Open the Radius Office Mobile App.

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).

  3. Select My Team from the menu.

  4. Tap the Vendors tab.


Add a New Vendor

  1. Tap + Add Vendor.

  2. Fill out the vendor details form:

    • Vendor name

    • Contact person

    • Phone number

    • Email address

    • Website (optional)

    • Service category/type

    • Address

    📍 Important: When entering the address, begin typing and select from the Google Maps dropdown.

    • Do not manually type the full address.

    • This ensures accurate mapping in the app.

  3. Upload the vendor’s logo (optional, recommended):

    • Tap the logo upload area

    • Select from your device gallery or take a new photo

    • Crop/adjust as needed

  4. Tap Add Vendor to save.


After Adding a Vendor

  • The vendor appears immediately in your team’s directory.

  • All team members can access the vendor in their app.

  • Vendors can be contacted directly through Radius Office.

  • Details are easily available during transactions.


Managing Existing Vendors

  1. Go to Vendors in your mobile app.

  2. Tap on the vendor you want to modify.

  3. Choose:

    • Edit → update details

    • Delete → remove from directory


Best Practices

  • Keep vendor information accurate and up to date.

  • Upload clear, professional logos.

  • Assign the correct service category for easy search.

  • Always use the Google Maps dropdown for addresses.

  • Add service areas if relevant.
