The Radius Client App helps your team deliver a personalized and seamless experience for buyers and sellers. This article walks through how team leads and agents invite clients, manage assignments, and interact with clients through the app.
Inviting Clients to the Client App
After your customized app goes live, you can invite clients via:
Email or SMS from the Radius Office App (desktop or mobile)
Clients can also download the app directly from the App Store or Google Play

Assigning Clients to an Agent
Initial Assignment
All new clients are first assigned to the team lead
The team lead manually assigns the client to a team member
When Multiple Associate Agents are Involved
If a client works with different agents for buying and selling, the team lead decides who the app interaction will be with
Agents can be reassigned as needed
When Multiple Team Leads are Involved
If your team has multiple leads:
The primary team lead receives new clients by default
That lead is responsible for reassigning the client to another team member
Transferring Clients Between Agents
When a team lead transfers a client, here’s what happens:
The client is considered new to the receiving agent.
Offers and listings do not transfer—they must be recreated
A prompt appears allowing the team lead to:
Clone the client (retain a copy), or
Fully transfer them to another agent
Reassigned Clients Chat History & Information Transfer
If a client is reassigned from one agent to another:
All information (e.g., search criteria, saved properties) will transfer to the new agent except the chat history.
Client's chat history remains intact within the client app, preserving the previous conversations with the original agent.
The new agent will start fresh communications separately.
Agent-Client Communication Rules
Clients can only chat with their currently assigned agent
They cannot see or message other team members
When reassigned:
Search criteria and saved homes transfer
Chat history does not transfer—the new agent starts with a clean slate
