Radius Client Portal Guide

Overview

The Radius Client Portal is a desktop-friendly experience that allows clients to search properties, communicate with their agent, monitor home values, and stay engaged throughout their home buying or selling journey.

The portal works alongside the Radius Client App and is automatically shared with clients when they receive a client app invitation.


How the Client Portal Works

Client Invitation

When an agent sends a client app invitation through Radius Office:

  • The client receives:

    • A Client App invite

    • A Client Portal link via email/text

Clients can access the portal directly from the provided link without needing to manually log in.


Accessing the Client Portal

Step 1: Open the Invitation

Clients should:

  1. Open the email or text invitation

  2. Click the Client Portal link


Step 2: Enter the Portal

The link opens the Client Portal dashboard where clients can:

  • Search for homes

  • View saved searches

  • Track home values

  • Message their agent

  • Monitor property engagement

  • Chat with AI assistance


Client Portal Features

Agent Information

Clients can always see:

  • Their assigned agent’s name

  • Contact information

  • Direct messaging options

This information appears in the top-left section of the portal.


Property Search

Creating a Search

Clients can:

  1. Use the search bar

  2. Enter:

    • City

    • Neighborhood

    • Address

  3. Apply filters such as:

    • Price

    • Beds & baths

    • Property type

    • Additional filters


Interactive Map Search

Clients can:

  • Use the interactive map

  • Draw custom search areas

  • Explore listings visually


Saving Searches

After creating a search:

  1. Click Save Search

  2. Name the search

Saved searches will appear under:

  • My Searches


Agent-Created Searches

Agents can also create searches on behalf of clients, and those searches will automatically appear in the client portal.


Home Value Feature

Overview

The Home Value section acts like a market watch tool.

Clients can:

  • Track estimated home values

  • Monitor market activity

  • Review selling timelines

  • Watch neighborhood trends


Home Value Data

Home values are estimated using:

  • Attom

  • Zillow

The information updates daily.


Messaging Feature

Direct Communication

Clients can message their agent directly through the portal.

Messages can be:

  • Search-specific

  • General conversations


Agent Responses

Agents can respond through:

  • Radius Office dashboard

  • Radius Office mobile app


Organized Conversations

Messages are categorized by:

  • Searches

  • Topics

  • Conversations

Clients can also:

  • Search previous conversations

  • Start new conversations


Engagement Tracking

Interested Properties

When clients shortlist or favorite a property:

  • The property appears under:

    • Interested

Agents receive notifications when clients:

  • Shortlist properties

  • Engage with listings


Viewed Properties

Clients can review:

  • Previously viewed homes

  • Repeatedly viewed listings

This helps agents understand client interests and engagement levels.


Profile & Settings

Profile Management

Clients can:

  • Update contact information

  • View agent details

  • Contact their agent directly


Notification Settings

Clients can:

  • Enable notifications

  • Disable notifications

  • Customize alerts based on preferences


AI Chat Feature

Chat with AI

Clients can chat with the built-in AI assistant for:

  • Property-related questions

  • General assistance

  • Search guidance


Agent Visibility

Agents can also view:

  • AI conversation history

  • Questions clients ask the AI assistant

This helps agents better understand client interests and needs.

Troubleshooting

Client Cannot Access the Portal

Please verify:

  • The invitation link was opened correctly

  • The client received the email or text

  • The client checks spam/junk folders


Searches Not Appearing

  • Refresh the portal

  • Ensure the search was saved successfully

  • Confirm the agent shared the search
