The Radius Client Portal is a desktop-friendly experience that allows clients to search properties, communicate with their agent, monitor home values, and stay engaged throughout their home buying or selling journey.
The portal works alongside the Radius Client App and is automatically shared with clients when they receive a client app invitation.
How the Client Portal Works
Client Invitation
When an agent sends a client app invitation through Radius Office:
The client receives:
A Client App invite
A Client Portal link via email/text
Clients can access the portal directly from the provided link without needing to manually log in.
Accessing the Client Portal
Step 1: Open the Invitation
Clients should:
Open the email or text invitation
Click the Client Portal link
Step 2: Enter the Portal
The link opens the Client Portal dashboard where clients can:
Search for homes
View saved searches
Track home values
Message their agent
Monitor property engagement
Chat with AI assistance
