Overview
The Client Profile experience in Radius Office has been redesigned with a modern, streamlined interface that makes it easier to manage client information, searches, transactions, appointments, notes, and communications from a single screen on Radius office web.
While the user interface (UI) has been updated, the core functionality remains unchanged, allowing agents to continue working efficiently with an improved user experience on Radius office web.
Accessing a Client Profile
Sign in to your Radius Office account.
Navigate to Clients from the left-hand menu.
Select any client from your client list.
The client profile opens in a dedicated workspace where all client-related information and activities are organized in a single view.
Client Profile Layout
The Client Profile is divided into three primary sections:
Left Panel – Client Information
The left panel provides quick access to client details and management tools.
Client Information
Email address
Phone number
Client status
Collaborators
Invite new collaborators
View existing collaborators
View collaborator contact information
Lists
Lists help organize clients into custom groups for easier management.
To Create a New List:
Click Lists.
Select Create New List.
Enter a list name.
Click Save.
The client will automatically be added to the selected list.
Consumer Experience
Copy and share the Client Portal invitation link.
Invite clients to access their Client Portal.

The Activity Timeline serves as the communication and engagement hub for the client.
Notes
Shared Notes
Visible to users who have access to the client profile.

Searches : To create search criteria for a client, click on Search in the right side panel, then click the plus symbol to add the details.

Saved Searches
View all searches created for the client.
Shortlisted Properties
View properties the client has shortlisted or shown interest in.
Home Values
Generate home value reports and market insights.
Financing & Mortgage Requests
Initiate financing and mortgage-related requests directly from the client profile.
Communication Options
Agents can communicate with clients through:
Text Messages
In-App Messages (for clients using the Radius Client App)

Move between client profiles without returning to the client list
Search for clients directly
Scroll through client records efficiently
Client records are loaded in batches for improved performance.
