Overview
We're revamping the document templates on Radius to provide a cleaner, more intuitive, and user-friendly forms experience.
The updated forms library is expected to relaunch in late fall with improved templates and a more streamlined workflow for creating, editing, and signing documents.
While we work on these improvements, the forms library is temporarily unavailable in the Radius app.
What You Need to Know
Forms Library Temporarily Unavailable
During the document revamp, you will not be able to access the forms library directly through the Radius app.
For California transaction forms, including CAR forms, please use ZipForm Edition through the C.A.R. website until the updated forms library is relaunched.
What Remains Available?
The following features remain active and accessible:
Upload your own documents: You can continue uploading documents to Radius.
Tag documents: You can tag your uploaded documents as needed.
Send for signature: You can send your documents for electronic signatures after editing and finalizing them.
Auditing Dashboard: Remains fully active and accessible.
Commission Dashboard: Remains fully active and accessible.
Your existing document workflows, including uploading and sending your own documents for signature, remain available.
How to Access CAR Forms Through ZipForm Edition
Until the updated Radius forms library is available, you can access California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) forms through ZipForm Edition.
Step 1: Visit the C.A.R. Website
Go to the official C.A.R. website:
Step 2: Sign In to Your Account
Click the "Sign In" button, usually located in the top-right corner of the website.
Step 3: Enter Your Credentials
Sign in using your standard C.A.R. member username and password.
Step 4: Access ZipForm Edition
Once signed in:
Look for the "Transaction Center" or "Transactions" menu.
Locate the link to launch ZipForm Edition.
Open ZipForm Edition to access the available transaction forms.
Note: The menu names and navigation may vary depending on the C.A.R. website interface.
