Step 1: Open the Upload Template Option

  1. Find the listing you want to create a social media design for.

  2. Click Upload a Post Template.

This allows you to import an existing design into Design Studio.

Step 2: Choose How to Import Your Template

You have two options:

Upload a File

Upload an existing template from your computer by:

  • Dragging and dropping the file into the upload area, or

  • Browsing your computer and selecting the file.

Use a Website

You can also provide a website URL. AI will analyze the website's design and use it as a reference to create a template.

Step 3: Import Your Template

After selecting your template file:

  1. Upload the file to Design Studio.

  2. Allow the system time to analyze and parse the design.

  3. Once processing is complete, the template will appear in your Design Studio library.

Design Studio will analyze elements such as the layout, fonts, and image placement and create reusable template variations.

Step 4: Review and Save Template Variations

After the template has been analyzed, Design Studio may generate multiple variations based on your original design.

Review the available variations and select the ones you want to keep.

For each selected template:

  1. Give it a clear and descriptive name.

  2. Select Save Template.

Your saved templates will appear under the Your Templates section and can be reused for future listing posts.

  • Adjust other design elements.

  • Add a carousel to create a multi-image or multi-slide post.

Using Carousels

Use the carousel option when you want to include multiple photos or slides in a single social media post.

This is useful for showcasing:

  • Multiple property photos

  • Property features

  • Different rooms

  • Listing highlights

  • Multiple slides of property information

Share Templates with Your Team

You can share your custom templates with your team so other team members can reuse your branded designs.

To Share a Template

  1. Open the template from your library.

  2. Open the template details or expanded view.
